Artist Bio

My pronouns are she/her. I am a visual/fine artist based in Northern Michigan. I specialize in portrait and still life paintings that evoke emotion, tell a story, and pose a sense of ambiguity. I am inspired by the world around me. Any subject that provokes an intense or tender emotion will become my muse. My art is always evolving and growing alongside me through different stages of life. I strive to create an inclusive and welcoming community and encourage you to take up space.

Art has always been my passion. I have been creating art for years and experimenting with a variety of mediums. I attended Kendall College of Art and Design and graduated with a BFA in Interior Design. The variety and individuality of the community that surrounded me there has inspired me greatly.

Can I request a specific size for a print?

Send an email to maggieroseschneiderart@gmail.com for inquires and requests of custom sized prints! These requests may be fulfilled on a case-by-case basis.

Can I request a custom painting?

Commissions will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. You can fill out the "Contact Me" form here on my website or send and email to maggieroseschneiderart@gmail.com with "Commission Request" as the subject! Please be sure to describe your painting desires in as much detail as possible.

How long do commissions take?

Time will vary on my current workload as well as the scope and size of your project. Putting down a deposit will secure your position within my schedule. An approximate time estimate will be given once your request has been reviewed! Reach out to get started ASAP!

If I'm local, can I pick up my order?

Yes! I would be glad to schedule a local pickup/drop off. You can send an email to maggieroseschneiderart@gmail.com with the name of the item you are wanting to purchase and we can get a plan set!

When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship within 3-4 business days. Original artwork may require 7-14 days processing time for customization and special packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

What is your return/refund policy?

Due to the cost and delicate nature of shipping artwork, all sales are final. Once a product has been handed over to the carrier, I am no longer responsible for any delays or updates/details regarding the package. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me at maggieroseschneiderart@gmail.com as soon as your package is recieved so that I am able to file a claim with the carrier service in order to issue you a refund. You must notify me within an appropriate timeframe for this course of action.
