Due to the cost and delicate nature of shipping artwork, all sales are final. Once a product has been handed over to the carrier, I am no longer responsible for any delays or updates/details regarding the package. If your artwork arrives damaged, please cotact me at maggieroseschneiderart@gmail.com as soon as your package is recieved so that I am able to file a claim with the carrier service in order to issue you a refund. You must notify me within an appropriate timeframe for this course of action.
Most orders will ship within 3-4 business days. Original artwork may require 7-14 days processing time for customization and special packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
